A flowing and at the same time stable feeling, reflecting the text, is created by stacked thirds. Polyphonic structures are reminiscent of the renaissance. The music creates calm, scary, grand and thankful atmospheres in the same quick succession that the text dictates.

The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
