When placing an order on new.music publication you accept the following terms and conditions. These terms can be subject to change without further notice. When placing an order the current terms and conditions apply, later changes will not affect your order.
Pricing
All prices are in Swedish krona including VAT. Net prices and the VAT amount will be shown during checkout. Please note that prices may vary when ordering from another country than Sweden due to taxation, customs and currency exchange. Prices can be changed without further notice.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product type you buy.
Downloadable files will be made available after we register your payment and delivered by e-mail as a link. Delivery is free of charge. The link will become inactive after 72 hours from the point in time of us sending it. The files are in the pdf-format and you will need suitable software in order to use them.
Printed sheet music will normally be posted within three working days after you placed your order if nothing else is mentioned on this website. Orders will be posted as letter or parcel with PostNord. More information about transportation times and conditions may be found on PostNords homepage. Shipping costs will be shown in the checkout.
Payment
Orders can be paid for in andvance through PayPal or invoice. The method of payment can be chosen in during checkout. PayPals own terms and conditions apply and are made available during the payment procedure. Invoice and receipt will be sent digitally via e-mail.

Right of withdrawal and complaints
Privat customers may withdraw their purchase within 14 days. In this case all digital files have to be deleted and all prints of these files have to be destroyed.
If a delivery is damaged, incomplete or incorrect a complaint shall be made as soon as possible.

By placing am order from new.music publication or contacting us through our contact page or e-mail you share some of your personal information with us. This information is protected according to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can read more about this in our privacy policy.
When ordering it is important that the personal information you provide us with is correct. Otherwise there might be a risk that we cannot execute your order.
Copyright
All digital products are watermarked with the licensee’s name as stated during checkout. The product may only be used by the licensee. It may not be copied and distributed to a third party.
Digital products marked as study score may only be used for studying purposes. It is not allowed to use these in rehearsals or concerts.

Any dispute shall be solved by reaching a consensus in accordance to Swedish law. If this is not possible any lawsuit shall be solved by a Swedish court in accordance to Swedish law and these terms and conditions.
